Özet

Dizi, insanların yaşamını kolaylaştıracak ve onlar çalışırken ev işlerini yapabilecek, gündelik hayatlarına yardımcı olacak sentetiklerin (android, yani insan görünümlü robotların) üretildiği, var olduğu bir gelecekte geçiyor. Sentetiklerin normalde duyguları, düşünceleri, özgür iradeleri yoktur. Ancak ‘bazı özel’ sentetikler hariç… Dizi de esasında bu iradeli olan bir grup sentetiğin ve onların çevresindeki insanların hikayesi üzerine kurulu. Diziyi Anita isminde sentetiğin Hawkins Ailesi tarafından satın alınmasıyla açıyoruz.
