Beschrijving
In 1992 schokte een pandemie van virale encefalitis de wereld. De medische technologie die de mensheid heeft gered, evolueerde naar "Your Forma" - een invasief informatieapparaat dat in de hersenen werd geïmplanteerd. In deze wereld waar elk zicht, geluid en zelfs elke emotie wordt vastgelegd, betekent het onderzoeken van grote misdaden een duik in de collectieve gegevens, een taak die is voorbehouden aan speciale rechercheurs die "Electronic Investigator" worden genoemd. Echika Hieda, een wonderbaarlijke "elektronisch onderzoeker" die op verbazingwekkend jonge leeftijd is aangesteld, staat geïsoleerd door haar uitzonderlijke talent. Haar nieuw toegewezen partner is Harold, een blonde, blauwogige mensachtige "Amicus". Samen zal dit ongeëvenaarde duo elk verborgen geheim blootleggen.
