These terms govern your use of Watchvoy (watchvoy.com), operated by Pasific Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Medya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Osman Yılmaz Mah. 649/1. Sk. No: 2, Gebze / Kocaeli, Türkiye ("Watchvoy", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Watchvoy is

Watchvoy is a guide that shows where movies, TV series and anime are legally available in your country: by subscription, free, free with ads, to rent or to buy. We do not host, upload or stream unlicensed content. Titles you can watch on Watchvoy itself come only from legal free sources: official YouTube channels of rights holders, public-domain or openly licensed films on the Internet Archive and official trailers. Everything else links to the official service that offers it.

Availability information

Catalogue data comes from TMDB and streaming availability data from JustWatch through TMDB. Prices, catalogues and regional rights change often and we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete or current. Always check the final offer on the provider's site before you subscribe, rent or buy. Your contract for a subscription, rental or purchase is with that provider, not with Watchvoy, and we are not responsible for the provider's services, prices, content or billing.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some links to providers are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy after clicking, Watchvoy may earn a commission. This never changes the price you pay and does not affect which services we list. Ads on Watchvoy are sold directly to advertisers, are labelled as ads and are reviewed against our advertising policy. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and offers.

Accounts

You can use most of Watchvoy without an account. If you create one, you must give a valid email address, keep your password safe and are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it, to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Your content and conduct

Comments, ratings and lists you post must be lawful and respectful. Do not post spam, personal data of others, hate speech, harassment, spoilers without warning, or links to pirated or unlicensed streams. You keep the rights to what you write, but you allow us to show it on Watchvoy free of charge for as long as it is online. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows, no attempts to break security, overload the servers, manipulate ad or affiliate measurement, or use Watchvoy to promote piracy.

Intellectual property

The Watchvoy name, logo, design and our own texts belong to Pasific Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Medya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Posters, images, trailers and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are shown for information. If you believe something on Watchvoy infringes your rights, see our copyright notice.

Liability

Watchvoy is provided free of charge and "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by third-party services, prices or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its update date. Material changes for account holders are announced on the site or by email.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Gebze (Kocaeli) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts competent under Turkish Law No. 6502 or the law of your country.
