Refunds and Cancellation

These terms explain how cancellations and refunds work at Watchvoy (watchvoy.com), operated by Pasific Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Medya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Viewers and members

Watchvoy is free for viewers. We do not sell subscriptions, rentals or purchases of films or series. If you subscribe to, rent or buy a title from a streaming service after following a link on Watchvoy, your contract is with that service, and cancellations and refunds are handled by it under its own terms. You can delete your Watchvoy account at any time from your account settings.

Advertisers: cancelling campaigns

• You can pause or end any campaign at any time in the advertiser portal. Delivery stops within minutes. Impressions and clicks already delivered remain chargeable.
• Campaigns waiting for review can be withdrawn free of charge.
• Flat-fee placements are charged in full on approval. If you cancel before the placement starts, the fee is returned to your balance in full. After it starts, the fee for the remaining full days is returned to your balance.

Advertisers: refund of unused balance

• Your unused prepaid balance is refundable on request. Write to [email protected] from the email address of your advertiser account, or use the contact form, and tell us the amount.
• Refunds are paid by bank transfer, as a rule to the account the top-up came from, within 14 days after we confirm the request. Bank charges for international transfers may be deducted.
• Amounts already spent on delivered impressions, clicks or flat-fee days are not refundable.
• Promotional credit given free of charge is not refundable.
• If we reject a campaign, or suspend it without fault on your side, its unspent budget simply stays in your balance and remains refundable.
• When a refund is paid we issue the corresponding return invoice or credit note required by Turkish tax law.

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged for invalid traffic or wrong figures, tell us within 30 days of the end of the month concerned. If our review confirms the error, we credit the amount to your balance.
