Beschrijving

Libra City is een uitgestrekte metropool waarvan de districten de rijken en de armen scheiden. Verstopt onder de bevolking zijn drie mensachtige monsters - Bem, Bela en Belo - die de mensheid beschermen en hopen op een dag zelf mens te worden. Wanneer een mysterieuze dame hun manier van leven bedreigt, worden Bem, Bela en Belo echter meegezogen in een complot dat ze nog nooit hebben gekend.
