줄거리

남극의 고립된 연구 기지, 폴라리스 VI. 남극에 겨울이 찾아오고, 앞으로 6개월간 태양은 사라진다. 이곳에 '윈터러스(Winterers)'라 불리는 팀이 남아 혁신적인 연구를 이어간다. 저명한 생물학자 아서 와일드는 기후 변화에 대한 해답을 찾기 위해 집요하게 연구를 이어가지만, 동료들이 하나둘씩 의문의 죽음을 맞이하면서 이 여정이 악몽으로 변해간다.
