Copyright and Takedown

Watchvoy (watchvoy.com), operated by Pasific Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Medya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, respects the rights of creators and rights holders. We do not host, upload or stream unlicensed content.

What we show

• Where-to-watch listings that link to official streaming, rental and purchase services.
• Embedded players only for legal free sources: uploads on the official YouTube channels of rights holders (YouTube's own embed, with its regional restrictions respected), films on the Internet Archive that are in the public domain or under an open licence, and official trailers.
• Posters, images and short descriptions from TMDB, shown for identification and information.

Videos are never copied to our servers. If a source is removed by its owner, it stops playing on Watchvoy as well, and our checks remove sources that are no longer available.

Sending a takedown notice

If you believe that material on Watchvoy infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include:

1. Your name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work and proof or a statement that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
3. The exact Watchvoy URL(s) of the material and, for embedded videos, the source URL.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly, usually within two business days, and disable access to the material if the notice is valid. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person who made the material available. For videos hosted on YouTube or the Internet Archive, we also recommend notifying that platform, since removal there removes the source everywhere.

Counter-notice

If material you provided (for example a comment) was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us that they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing material or links to pirated streams.

Misuse

Knowingly sending false notices may make you liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please seek legal advice first.
