Temporada 1
A story that depicts the lives of people at Jongno Yulje Medical Center. The professors, OB/GYN residents, and the friendships between these people are told, including a first year OB/GYN resident.

Struggling with her finances, Oh Yi-young reluctantly returns to resident life — making blunder after blunder. Soon, she faces her first patient crisis.

The first-year residents contemplate quitting after burning out from hospital life. When Yi-young is backed into a corner, Ku Do-won comes to her aid.

As Um Jae-il receives constant compliments, Yi-young, Pyo Nam-kyung and Kim Sa-bi try to find ways to bring comfort to their own patients and families.

Yi-young gets roped into a research paper with Professor Seo, sparking Sa-bi's jealousy. Nam-kyung misguidedly creates tension on the hospital floor.
