Résumé

Kang Shi Yeong est une interne en anesthésiologie. Après avoir soudainement abandonné l’hôpital pour la médecine pénitentiaire, Shi Yeong fait la rencontre du détenu n°6238, Yo Han, l’anesthésiste de génie surnommé « 10 secondes ». Un médecin arrogant, mais formidablement doué dans son travail, emprisonné pour une faute médicale. Totalement changée par cette rencontre, la jeune femme décide de reprendre sa formation. Quelle n’est pas sa surprise de croiser de nouveau Yo Han, cette fois-ci en tant que professeur d’anesthésiologie de l’hôpital Hansae…
