Sinopse

A história é situada em um período em que robôs, conhecidos como Synth, convivem com seres humanos. Sustentando uma aparência humana, eles servem as pessoas realizando trabalhos de risco ou domésticos também como acompanhantes de idosos ou parceiros sexuais de solitários. Preocupados com a segurança pública e com a penetração que os Synth vêm conquistando na sociedade, grupos se manifestam contra sua fabricação. Com a esperança de transformar a forma como vivem, uma família do subúrbio adquire um sintético para a casa, mas acabam descobrindo que compartilhar a rotina com uma máquina pode trazer sérias consequências. Humans é uma adaptação da série sueca Real Humans.
