Opis
Po przeprowadzce do nowego apartamentowca Yui Hanasaka odwiedza swojego sąsiada. Kiedy dowiaduje się, że jest uczniem z wyższej klasy na uniwersytecie, do którego aspiruje, prosi go o pomoc w zdaniu egzaminów wstępnych.
