Sinopsis

La miniserie de tres partes se describe como una sátira social que sigue a Paul Pennyfeather (Jack Whitehall), un hombre duro y fiestero enviado por Oxford para servir como director en una escuela privada para chicos en Gales. Paul Pennyfeather is an inoffensive divinity student at 1920s Oxford, who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure, having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club.

    When Paul Pennyfeather is unfairly expelled from Oxford, he finds that his only option lies in teaching at a substandard Wales boarding school. There, he meets a colourful cast of characters, including the alluring Margot Beste-Chetwynde, a wealthy widow with designs on the naïve Paul.
