Sinopsis

Cuenta la historia de Shin Ji Hyun una joven que disfrutaba de una felicidad absoluta ya que estaba por comprometerse y trás un accidente automovilístico queda en estado de coma. A ella se le da la oportunidad de vivir,si en 49 días encuentra a 3 personas fuera de su familia que lloren por ella lágrimas verdaderas. En la lucha por sobrevivir el cuerpo de Song Yi Kyung, una empleada de medio tiempo es poseído por el espíritu de Shin Ji Hyun, mientras ésta duerme. Así es como comienza una serie de eventos en donde Shin Ji Hyun en el cuerpo de Song Yi Kyung descubrirá la traición de las personas que ella creía que la amaban. Si las tres personas que verdaderamente aman a Shin Ji Hyun lloran por ella dentro de 49 días, entonces ella sobrevivirá.

Gullible yet cheerful Shin Ji-hyun is living a perfect life: she is the only daughter of wealthy, doting parents and is surrounded by supportive best friends. She is also engaged to be married to the perfect man, Kang Min-ho, in just a few weeks. Meanwhile, Song Yi-kyung is in an existential crisis following her boyfriend's tragic death. She works third shift at a convenience store, sleeps in the afternoon, and often spends what little time she has left in the day contemplating suicide.
