简介

私立翠明學園二年級的學生西條拓巳，自稱對三次元沒有興趣，和家裡的大量美少女公仔一起生活。在他所住的澀谷在2008年9月7日以來發生了連續獵奇殺人事件「新世代的瘋狂」，成為了網路和電視上的熱門話題。 2008年9月28日深夜，拓巳在聊天室遇到了一個自稱「將軍」的人。「將軍」發言中的URL連結到像是預言下一個獵奇事件的恐怖圖像。第二天，拓巳遇到了和圖像中的手法一樣的殺人現場。在屍體前站著渾身是血的少女，咲畑梨深。
