줄거리

신통치 못한 마술사인 야마다 나오코는 어느 날 젊은 물리학자인 우에다 지로가 염력자들에게 보내는 도전장을 접하게 된다. 몇달째 밀린 집세로 인해 상금에 눈이 먼 나오코는 우에다를 찾아가 자신이 정말 초능력을 가지고 있다는 것을 믿게 만든다. 그러자 우에다는 상금을 걸고 어느 염력자의 트릭을 풀어줄 것을 의뢰하고, 나오코는 이를 거절한다. 그러나 이내 둘은 묘한 콤비를 이루어 완벽에 가까운 트릭을 하나씩 풀어가는데...
