あらすじ

念じるだけで電子機器を動かせる“テクノパシー”という特殊能力で、高校生がヒーローに!?テクノパシーの能力に気づいたベイ･シティ高校の新入生ライアン。ある日、廃品置き場で巨大なロボット「メカX4」を発見!ロボット内で再生された映像の中の男が、ライアンだけが操縦できること、モンスターが現れることを告げる。ライアンは親友と兄を巻き込み、街を守る戦いに挑む!そして、モンスターを送り込む黒幕や映像の男の正体に迫る!
