あらすじ
ロボット工学の権威、東 (あずま) 博士の作った公害処理用アンドロイドBK-1が落雷のショックで狂い、自らアンドロ軍団を組織し人類制圧に乗り出した。息子の鉄也は、自らアンドロイドと融合することによって「新造人間･キャシャーン」となり、ロボット犬･フレンダー、恋人のルナとともにアンドロ軍団に立ち向かうのだった。
