Η Σειρά THE PASSAGE επικεντρώνεται στο Project NOAH, ένα μυστικό ερευνητικό κέντρο όπου επιστήμονες πειραματίζονται με έναν επικίνδυνο ιό που θα μπορούσε να οδηγήσει στη θεραπεία όλων των ειδών ασθένειας. Ταυτόχρονα όμως, ο ίδιος ιός θα μπορούσε να αφανίσει το ανθρώπινο είδος.
