Overview
Vanhalla kaivoksella Pohjois-Ruotsissa viimeistellään maailman suurinta ydinjätteiden loppusijoituspaikkaa. Louhintatöiden yhteydessä tapahtuu kuitenkin ennakoimaton räjähdys 700 metriä maanpinnan alapuolella. Onnettomuuspaikkaa tutkittaessa miljardeja vuosia vanhan peruskallion alta löytyy pala valkoista seinää, joka tuntuu jatkuvan loputtomiin. Loogista selitystä ei löydetä. Asia päätetään pitää salassa, kunnes sen mysteeri saadaan ratkaistua.
