Overview
Un bon dia, els habitants de Oniboshi, un planeta situat en l'òrbita de l'estrella Uru, decideixen envair la Terra. Per a evitar una guerra sagnant els extraterrestres fan un acord amb els éssers humans. Se substituïxen els combats físics per una simple competició: un ésser humà haurà de perseguir i intentar atrapar a un extraterrestre. L'home, un adolescent anomenat Ataru Moroboshi, és seleccionat a l'atzar per un ordinador. El representant extraterrestre, en canvi, és la fascinant princesa Lamu.
