Handlung
Action-Serie um die beiden gutaussehenden Polizisten Jonathan Baker und Francis Poncherello. Rasant und schnell flitzen sie auf ihren Motorrädern die kalifornischen Highways entlang, um im Auftrag der „California Highway Patrol“ (CHiP) für Recht und Ordnung auf den Straßen zu sorgen. Während Jon eher seriös und geradeheraus wirkt, ist sein Partner „Ponch“ ein romantischer Freigeist, dessen Methoden dem Vorgesetzten Sergeant Getraer nicht immer ins Konzept passen.
