Handlung
„Alice“ ist eine US-amerikanische Sitcom, die vom 31. August 1976 bis zum 19. März 1985 auf CBS ausgestrahlt wurde. Die Serie basiert auf dem Film „Alice lebt hier nicht mehr“ aus dem Jahr 1974. Die Hauptrolle spielt Linda Lavin, eine Witwe, die mit ihrem kleinen Sohn umzieht, um ein neues Leben zu beginnen, und eine Stelle in einem Straßenrestaurant am Stadtrand von Phoenix, Arizona, findet. Die meisten Episoden drehen sich um Ereignisse in Mel’s Diner.
