Handlung

In Fuuto, besser bekannt als Windy City, richten mysteriöse Wesen namens Dopants mithilfe der gefährlichen Gaia-Erinnerungen Chaos an. Doch es gibt auch Helden, die die Gaia-Erinnerungen nutzen, um diese Verbrecher zu bekämpfen: ein abgewrackter Privatdetektiv namens Shotaro Hidari und sein hochintelligenter Partner Philip. Die beiden verwandeln sich in Kamen Rider W - den legendären Helden von Fuuto City!
