Résumé
L'histoire suit Kazuki Kurusu, un entrepreneur/coordinateur criminel qui vit avec son meilleur ami, Rei Suwa, un assassin professionnel qui a été élevé dès l'enfance pour devenir un tueur à gages. Kazuki est extraverti et aime le jeu et les femmes, tandis que Rei est un homme peu loquace qui passe son temps libre à jouer aux jeux vidéo. Un jour, les deux compères se retrouvent à s'occuper de Miri Unasaka, une petite fille de quatre ans dont le père est un chef de la mafia, après que Miri se soit accidentellement égarée dans une fusillade dans un hôtel alors qu'elle cherchait son père.
