Overview
Prije 97 godina, desio se nuklearni Armagedon na Zemlji, koji je uništio cijelu civilizaciju. Preživjelo je samo 400 ljudi koji su živjeli u 12 međunarodnih svemirskih stanica u orbiti. Vremenom se povećavao broj ljudi u tim stanicama i odlučeno je da sve stanice spoje u jednu kako bi se preživjeli očuvali. Dobijale su se velike kazna ako se prekrši zabrana o kontroli populacije.
